[BusyBox] Increase of size compare

Hi.

I compare size with equivalent configuration busybox-0.60.4 and busybox-0.61pre.
My result: developing version have +24k. :(
I think, should set include more configurable features as switchable.
First offers:
1) modutils: check tainted as feature
2) mount: support /etc/filesystems as feature
....
Other points I shall find later ;)

I found problem in chmod with "-rwx" options and making patch ;)
