[BusyBox] wput from wget.c

Are you talking of FTP "put"?

What would you do for HTTP "put"?  I guess do a proper HTTP Put.

I think that would Kick A... err... be really great.  Are you speaking
only in a busybox sense, or submitting back to the standard wget
package?  Are there "put" tools already?
