[BusyBox] Where "ifconfig broadcast +" has gone?

Hi,

I'm using busybox 0.60.5 on ppc, and I need the "ifconfig broadcast +"
feature.
BB_FEATURE_IFCONFIG_BROADCAST_PLUS is defined in my Config.h,
but it does not show up after recompiling. 

I did some investigation. BB_FEATURE_IFCONFIG_BROADCAST_PLUS is not 
used in any busybox file. googling a little bit, it appears the feature 
was added Sat Jul 7 05:19:52 2001 , and *removed* Fri Aug 10 2001 by mjn3.
This was between 0.60.0 and 0.60.1

If I understand correctly, it was supposed to be fixed, not removed.
The fact is it's gone!
Is there a patch floating around that adds this feature? I would
really appreciate if anyone can send it to me.
