[BusyBox] borken tar in unstable?

It was becasue i changed some code wihtout removing a #define so
get_header_ptr was only specified if -z was configured, but it was always
needed.

Hopefully some stability will emerge in my new archiving code, there has
been lots of bugs which is a bit embarassing, still i think the code will
be good in the long run.
