Hi everybody,
I have a diskonchip 2000 as a solid state drive and I want to use it under Linux mandrake 7.1 kernel ver. 2.2.15 as a bootable drive.Using associated Linux driver for this type of diskonchip ( TFFS_5.1.2_DOS_TOOLS + DOC_LINUX_5_1_3_11 ) I can use it as a normal storage device but I have some problems to boot my computer up from this drive and the following messages are appeared on the screen :
VFS:Mounted root (ext2 file system) read only
change root:old root has d_count =1
Trying to unmount old root okay
Freeing unused kernel memory :72 k fread
Kernel panic:no init found.Try passing init = option to kernel
Please conduct me to the proper solution .Thank you.
Best Regards,
