[BusyBox] Busybox starting problem

You mean you have unstable behaviour - sometimes it boots correctly,
sometimes not ? In this case, try to narrow fault conditions down.

I had a similar problem some days ago. Starting /bin/login failed
constantly and was repeated every second. The reason was a misconfigured
kernel, busybox was okay.
