[stupid outlook.  where did my compose window go to?  you might have seen
a very similar message very recently]

Oh, I forgot to do the mount!

# mount -t devpts none /dev/pts
# mount

# utelnetd -d

Oh well, didn't make any difference.
I'll try devfs when I get some free time...
