Package: busybox
Version: 0.60.3
Severity: wishlist
Unfortunatly, some software packages expect the -x option to work
where the x is the number of lines to show in the tail. For example I was
trying to do a make distclean on gcc-2.95.3 and it failed on a number of
lines with the error message:
tail: invalid option -- 1
BusyBox v0.60.3 (2002.05.13-21:18+0000) multi-call binary
....
Anyway, for most everyday activities this functionality is fine. But for
some applications that rely on a specific command line to tail it would be
great for it to support this.
