[BusyBox] mirrors / uclibc archive move

As some of you may have noticed over the past couple of days,
things have been changing a bit. First, I am pleased to announce
that busybox.net and uclibc.org are now living on a machine with
much faster net access. I believe I now have everything working
again except for cvsweb (which will be fixed very soon).

A few things of interest...

First, the master CVS archive for uClibc is no longer on
cvs.uclinux.org, and now lives on my home machine. Those who
previously had the ability to commit to uClibc, but do not have
access to cvs.uclibc.org, please let me know. The CVS archives
on cvs.uclinux.org (in Toronto) and on uclibc.org (at an ISP here
in Salt Lake that belongs to a friend of mine) are now mirrors of
the master uClibc archive. Both of these systems are updated
automagicaly every 4 hours, so only people that are committers
should need to use the master archive. The daily snapshots are
being built to automagically use a mirror. Most people should
just continue downloading daily snapshots, or using anonymous CVS
from uclibc.org or cvs.uclinux.org as normal. The only
difference you should notice is that downloads should now be
somewhat faster.
