[BusyBox] fdisk

The fdisk utility provided by RedHat's util-linux RPM worked fine on an
i386 platform. As long as there is a block device emulation driver for
DiskOnChip (from M-Sys or from Linux MTD), the flash device looks the same
as any other block device.

The primary site for util-linux as shown in LSM file is

  ftp://ftp.win.tue.nl/pub/linux-local/utils/util-linux

I don't know if this fdisk can be ported to PowerPC and transformed into a
busybox applet. I haven't tried to compile fdisk against uClibc yet.
