[BusyBox] can't access tty

Hello!

Sorry for my question, but i don't know how often this question is asked but i am new on the list.
I have build a simple initrd for booting over a network with busybox. Busybox is static linked and worked ok but if it starts the shell i get following messages:
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
the shell works but i can't stop any program. If i run ping i can't control them, i only can reset the complete machine.

can you help me?
