[BusyBox] bug#1251: tar -z for archive creation

Although it's possible to achieve the same effect using a pipeline, the
ability to create compressed archives using Busybox tar would be useful in
some situations where pipelines can't be used, such as in WU-FTPD's
/etc/ftpconversions file (for on-the-fly tarball directory downloads in
FTP).  Perhaps this should be a WU-FTPD wishlist bug instead!
