[BusyBox] bug#1248: modprobe options

The modutils applets don't support many options.  In particular, I would
like to be able to use "modprobe -aqt net \*" or similar to quietly probe
all modules of a particular class.  This is useful as a crude autodetection
mechanism.  "rmmod -a" would also be useful for cleaning up any uneeded
modules that get loaded by such a procedure.
