[BusyBox] init problem with init.c version 1.164 from CVS

I have not time for testing with serial console.
Only ideas:
1) Do not start getty with askfirst. Only with respawn.
2) Try:
open init.c and find CBAUD and replace to B1152000
and remove |CBAUDEX
recompile and test.
