Busybox includes the 'dumpkmap' applet, which will create such a
binary keyboard translation table from the currently loaded kmap.
The idea is to create a normal kmap file that is appropriate for
your POS mini-keyboard. Then run 'loadkeys' on your development
system so that your mini-keyboard's keyboard translation tables
are loaded into the linux kernel. Then run the 'dumpkmap'
applet. So the whole operation on your development system would
go something like:

    /usr/bin/dumpkeys > normal_keymap
    /bin/loadkeys funky_mini_keyboard_keymap
    ./busybox dumpkmap > funky_mini_keyboard_keymap.bin
    /bin/loadkeys normal_keymap

At which point, you now have a funky_mini_keyboard_keymap.bin
file which can be used with your POS system.
