[BusyBox] Use of difftime() in login utils

Greetings.

I am working with a small platform, and in trying to shrink the filesystem 
down, I am using uclibc without math support. Unfortunenty, in the login 
utils programs login.c, passwd.c, and sulogin.c, there is a single use of 
the function difftime() to compare time_t values. This single function 
then requires the math libraries to compiled in do get 'double' support.

Currently, I have replaced the call to difftime with just a simple 
comparison, but I know that overflow is possible. I was wondering if 
there was a better method to compare these two time values without using 
the math support from uClibc?
