[BusyBox] the command halt doesn't function with the kernel-2.4.2

Well last I tried was 2.4.15 or 2.4.16 (it was'nt me who posted the
first post with the 2.4.2 kernel) but I will try again in the next week
(if work leves me enough time, that is)
