[BusyBox] mkfs.minix

Hi folks.

I'm using mkfs.minix on a 128KB battery backed drive that's being accessed
by a MTD driver.  When I run mkfs.minix from busybox 0.60.5, I get the
following report:

64 inodes
128 blocks
Firstdatazone=6 (6)
Zonesize=1024
Maxsize=268966912

What's up with that Maxsize?  The filesystem formats to 122KB.  Any other
suggestions for things to look at to make sure everything is kosher?
