[BusyBox] ftpput / ftpget applets for 0.60.5

Here is a patch for two new applets, ftpput and ftpget.  They are very simple 
implementations that allow a user to upload and download a file via FTP.

Users beware, I have not done much testing with the -c,--continue option for 
ftpget so use that option at your own risk.  :)
