Ahh, im not used to looking there ;)

I reduced its size some more, ive only tested it on one interface, it
might still need some adjustment, could you test it works for you.

   text	   data	    bss	    dec	    hex	filename
   2421	     80	      0	   2501	    9c5	nameif.o.old
