[BusyBox] [PATCH] udhcp-0.9.8 client BOOTP support

Hi,
The attached patch adds support for BOOTP to the client.
If the -B option is used, the client will send a BOOTREQUEST
without a DHCP_MESSAGE_TYPE option (51).
See RFC1534 for more information.
The code is verified against the debian-2.2 BOOTP server
("/usr/sbin/bootpd -v" reports "bootpd+dhcp 2.4.3").
I also tried the client with the same BOOTP server
but without debian-DHCP-patches.
I've verified udhcpc against our DHCP server here in
the office, our sysadm says it is "the standard MS W2K
DHCP server, there is only one version", and it's
configured without BOOTP support, ie when the client
is used with the -B flag, the server does not answer.
My target platform is a Linux-2.2-based PowerPC box.
