[BusyBox] save cmd history

Thanks for insert basic feature comandline saving history. ;)
Last patch correcting:
a) save history to file from $HISTFILE variable, if not set,
save to $HOME/.ash_history.
b) if $HISTFILE unseted, history do not save
c) saving for all exiting, not only for exitcmd
d) menuitem for Config.in moved to cmdedit section
e) cmdedit more integrated with libbb and save size ;)
f) if history line have space as first char, this line do not loaded
(bash-like standart).


Robert, please anonse your patches to ash/cmdedit for me!
I was notice this accidentally.
