[BusyBox] Small buglet in vi if CONFIG_VI_FEATURE_CRASHME

I applied the patch, i removed the buf[] declaration as well.

Is CONFIG_VI_FEATURE_CRASHME deliberately not a configuration option, or
just an oversight ?

If the later i will fix it.
