When you turn on features it should always ADD features

Package: busybox
Version: 0.50pre
Severity: wishlist

Currently in the feature section of Config.h, there are some features that,
when enabled, add features and increase the size of the resulting busybox
executable (i.e. BB_FEATURE_HUMAN_READABLE). Contrapositively, there are some
features that, when enabled REMOVE features and DECREASE the size of the
resulting busybox executable (i.e. BB_FEATURE_SIMPLE_TAIL). I know the old
saying: "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds." but I just
don't have a lot of space in my mind to begin with and I can't afford to waste
any of it.

I would like very much to make turning on features consistently ADD features
(and grow the size of the executable), while turning off features should
consistently REMOVE features (and reduce the size of the executable). This
means reversing the logic of some of the #ifdefs and changing the name of the
*SIMPLE* #defines to *FEATUREFUL* (or *BLOATED* or some such).

These changes don't have to be made all at once. In fact it would probably be
better to change all the backwards-logic BB_FEATUREs one at a time (easier,
less risk of breakage).
