[BusyBox] improved busybox ifconfig display (interface.c)... works with latest uClibc too

Hello all,

If you #define BB_FEATURE_IFCONFIG_STATUS in Config.h, the ifconfig display
features now work for "ifconfig -a" and "ifconfig {interface}".  Also, the
generated code size for interface.c has been reduced substantially.

Finally, I just checked in some changes to uClibc so the scanf functions don't
bomb when dealing with long long's.  Note: %ll doesn't work... use %L.  This is
just a temporary fix to the current version while uClibc's scanf.c gets
rewritten.  There were also a few network functions added.
