[BusyBox] sh hacking: Important to test before 0.50!

Erik and I made some serious changes to the globbing and
parameter expansion in lash.  I know we said that development
would move to a major rewrite, but that's not done and I
couldn't leave lash in such a broken state, so here we are.

It's not pretty, it's not fast, its not parser.c, and it's
not even Right[TM].  But it should work at least as well
as the 0.49 lash for simple things.

Check out the CVS copy.  You might have to take out a couple
of last-minute printf's at line 1017 and 1089.  But as soon
as Erik reads this, he'll probably take them out.
