[BusyBox] bug#1014: Using grep to find non-getoptified applets

Fortunately, a number of applets have been converted to use getopt since this
bug was first opened. Unfortunately, there are still a lot that don't. One
quick way to see which applets are not using getopt is to chdir to the busybox
directory and type:
grep -L getopt *.c
After an aplet gets converted to using getopt, it won't show up in the list.
If an applet doesn't need to process any command-line options, it should
include a comment that says:
/* no options, no getopt() */
Which will also nicely exclude the applet from the grep -L listing.
This is probably a good bit o' info to add to the contributing.txt and
style-guide.txt docs. Doing so now...
