Mark Whitley committed David Douthitt's patch to address this
problem.  In the future (if, for example, that doesn't actually
solve the problem), you might note that you can reopen bug by
sending mail to control at bugs.lineo.com with the following body:

reopen <bug number>
thanks

You can include an explanation below the 'thanks' if you so
desire.
