Hi vodz,

Inside pwd_grp/pwd.h and pwd_grp/grp.h it already checks USE_SYSTEM_PWD_GRP and
does the right thing.  However, your bug report did make me look and it turned
out that it was _always_ using the system pwd and grp functions due to the fact
that libpwd.a was being linked first.  

I have now fixed the Makefile so that USE_SYSTEM_PWD_GRP works properly and I
have used strace to verify that it is working as expected both when
USE_SYSTEM_PWD_GRP is set to true and to false.

So with that done, I am closing this bug,
