[BusyBox] It's the preprocessor, stupid

The appended patch fixes my NFS mounting problems.
The value of NFS_MOUNT_VERSION has to be known to
the preprocessor, because of directives like:
#if NFS_MOUNT_VERSION >= 3
A "static const int" isn't good enough.
