[BusyBox] busybox ash upgrade patches

I do not understand why you are insulted.  BB ash was based on debain's
ash of a certain vintage.  I upgraded it and proceeded to do so in a
number of patches.

Might I point you to:

 * This version of ash is adapted from the source in Debian's ash
0.3.8-5
 * package.
 *
 * Modified by Erik Andersen <andersee at debian.org> and
 * Vladimir Oleynik <dzo at simtreas.ru> to be used in busybox

at the top of the busybox ash.c

I clearly labeled my source for my patches, debian ash_0.3.8-32.diff.gz,
which can be grabbed from any debian mirror.  If you have questions
about changelog, there is also a changelog inside of the original debian
patch.

I specifically posted 28 patches instead of ONE hugh patch for this
reason.  There were many thing that have happened to allow ash to be
part of busybox.  I was not part of that discussion, and I was not part
of that port.  I would assume the maintainers would look at the patches
I have submitted and either say some or all of them are acceptable, or
not acceptable for a specific reason.

I am more then happy to maintain these patches myself.  I have a need to
keep the busybox ash and standalone ash using the same patches and
providing the same functionality.  If you don't want my help I won't
bother you with additional patches.
