Hmm.  Lemme take a look:
	$ host busybox.net ns.ixs.nl
	busybox.net             A       166.70.15.250
	 !!! busybox.net A record has zero ttl

Ok, your nameserver is broken and needs to given a kick since it
has cached a bad value with a 0 ttl, so it will never forget it till
restarted.  This is what it is supposed to say:

	$ host busybox.net          
	busybox.net             A       204.246.147.130
