[BusyBox] woops, dos2unix;convert in libbb

I moved convert() from dos2unix to libbb thinking that it was used by
unix2dos as well.

I was wrong, so ill move convert() back to dos2unix.

So, why did dos2unix require the unix2dos applet ?
