Patch to define PARSE_KEEP_COPY when ENABLE_FEATURE_CROND_SPECIAL_TIMES is
true.

PARSE_KEEP_COPY should be defined whenever either ENABLE_FEATURE_CROND_D or
ENABLE_FEATURE_CROND_SPECIAL_TIMES is true.
