I understand that in the case you are pointed there is no compatibility issue
because the license of those two files is BSD-4-Clause-UC [1] (not BSD-4-Clause
[2]).

However, I recently found a trickier case for which I proposed a patch [3].

Hopefully, we can sort out these license concerns.
