rpm2cpio is vey simplistic. It needs this:

//TODO: look for rpm tag RPMTAG_PAYLOADCOMPRESSOR (dec 1125, hex 0x465),
// if the value is "lzma", set up decompressor without detection
// (lzma can't be detected).
