(trivial) patch to fix this issue

In 1.19, modinfo uses a function from modutils.c (filename2modname), so even if
all the rest of modutils are not selected, modinfo now "pulls" modutils.c,
which is linux-specific.  But modutils.c does not compile on non-linux
platforms due to missing NR_init_module et al.  So mark MODINFO as select
PLATFORM_LINUX.
