Summary:                    add spider option to wget
Description: 
Hello,
The spider option allows client to test existence of a file before start
downloading it.

-s --spider

This patch basically adds an "exit(SUCCESS)" as soon as wget got the
filesize from the server.

Apply on 1.4.2/1.5
