Many errors state this:

include/bbconfigopts.h is a generated file. Generation of this file was not
tested under all possible shells, coreutils versions etc. Maybe we are
hitting some incompatibility/bug in one of those.

That said, I also remeber there were fixes to this area. Can you test svn?
