Summary:                    gunzip -t exits with wrong status
Description: 
gunzip -t known_bad_compressed_file.gz

produces: 

gunzip: Incorrect length
gunzip: crc error

on stderr but exits with a status of '0' (OK)
GNU gunzip exits with '1'
