Summary:                    unzip can't unzip small files
Description: 
Hello,

If I do following with Info-ZIP:

echo foo > foo; zip -9 foo.zip foo

...I get foo.zip (142 bytes) which can't be unzipped with busybox 1.1.0:

[root at ysi2 /tmp]$ unzip foo.zip
Archive:  foo.zip
  inflating: foo
unzip: Cannot complete extraction
[root at ysi2 /tmp]$

Attached patch will fix the problem. Is it the correct way to do it? I'll
add this to the bug tracking system.
