In wget.c long argument support is broken. 

ENABLE_WGET_LONG_OPTIONS 
should be replaced by 
CONFIG_FEATURE_WGET_LONG_OPTIONS

Fixed in r15853. Thanks for pointing this out (to me. I fear it was me who
broke this one, sorry.)
