Summary:                    Allow Syslog Remote Connections
Description: 
Modified syslog daemon to allow incoming syslog connections via UDP. 
Useful if you have multiple busybox units and want to consolidate logging
to one unit

a) this patch should have been in unified diff ("diff -u") format.  it
won't
apply otherwise.
b) this patch should include changes to sysklogd/Config.in
