Summary:                    Split CONFIG_FEATURE_U_W_TMP
Description: 
The attached patch removes the CONFIG_FEATURE_U_W_TMP and introduces
CONFIG_FEATURE_UTMP and CONFIG_FEATURE_WTMP.

The motivation for this patch is to remove /var/log/wtmp that grows
without upper bound but still have /var/run/utmp and the who command.

The patch should apply clean to busybox-20050627.tar.bz2 with -p1 to patch
