	hostid-works 
Log Message:
Kill off the old 'tests' stuff.  Write a ton of new tests for the
'testsuite' dir.  Fix a bunch of broken tests.  Fix the testsuite
'runtest' script so it actually reports all failures and provides
meaningful feedback.
