[Buildroot] [PATCH v2] libbacktrace: new package

The only appropriate submenu under "Libraries" is alongside libunwind under
"Other",
which is kinda saying "I don't know where else to put it". Anyway - I don't
think it is
important too much as long as it is searchable in a place that makes sense.
