 Unless I missed something, we still prefer http links over https (the security
is handled by the hash file, https is sometimes more difficult to cross proxies,
and https is slightly slower]. We only switch to https if the http URL anyway
redirects, which is not the case here.

 As usual, maybe we should change this policy, but for now let's stay consistent.

 So I applied to master with that fixed, thanks.
