Just a quick read-through of the output, here are some packages that
seem to be incorrectly marked as 'to be updated'

(package current new)
grantlee 0.2.0 v0.1.1
icu 51.2 2-Win64-msvc10 (win64?)
audiofile 0.3.6 68k.org/audiofile-0.3.6
bcusdk 0.0.5 examples
bonnie 1.03e .03c
celt051 060_tools_win32
(there are more)

Best regards,
