[PATCH] Add eventfd_read() and eventfd_write()

Hi,

uClibc lacks eventfd_read() and eventfd_write(), Openembedded carries a patch 
adding these functions:

This patch was also committed to uclibc-ng:

Could you please commit this patch? It might be needed for Kodi 15:
