utils/getconf.c on MacOS X

Hi Developers,

I am trying to use buildroot on my Mac. It is running fine (basic Qemu-MIPS image compiles and runs fine),
but I have one small issue with utils/getconf.c from uClibc. 

Following compile error exist:

SC_UINT_MAX and SC_ULONG_MAX is not available on MacOS X.
What might be the best solution to resolve this?
